The Lake George and Adirondack Region is known for their clean pristine bodies of water. What better way to enjoy these waters than on a beach where families can enjoy swimming, sunning, and picnicking. If you are looking for beaches directly on the 32 mile picturesque Lake George, there are 6 beautiful ones to choose from in the towns of Bolton Landing, Hague, and the Village of Lake George. If you prefer to visit beaches on smaller bodies of water, there are several fantastic ones in the following areas: Brant Lake, Chestertown, Glens Falls, Great Sacandaga Lake, Lake Luzerne, North Creek, Schoon Lake, Moreau, and Warrensburg. Remember, the water of Lake George is so pure that many area residents use it for drinking purposes – the Lake George Park Commission asks you to keep this in mind.

Bolton Landing:
A quaint family-friendly community on Lake George, 10 miles north of Lake George Village

Located on the north end of Lake George, 40 miles north of Lake George Village and just south of Ticonderoga.
