Maple in April Festival – A celebration of Spring with everything Maple in April along Rockwell Street in Lake Luzerne. Featuring early morning maple breakfasts, maple sugar candy, the Maple Cooking Contest with Celebrity Dessert Challenge, an “Artist Walk” (including registered artists from the Harmon House Artist Program), and more!
Harmon House Artist Program – The Harmon House Artist Program is every Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays) 12-5PM from June thru September. “Meet and Greet” Adirondack artists who will be creating on site and exhibiting and/or selling their own work. Each show will feature only one artist. The public is invited to view and buy the artists’ works at the historical Harmon House on Main Street – a unique art venue with the Hudson River as the backdrop. This program is sponsored by The Town of Lake Luzerne and the Lake Luzerne Regional Chamber of Commerce. Open to all local artists (pre-registration required for artist: 518-696-6122).
Riverview Arts & Crafts Festival – A Hadley-Luzerne Public Library event on Saturday, July 19, 2014. More than forty artist and artisan vendors will be exhibiting & selling their original pieces 9AM-5PM at Pavilion Park in Lake Luzerne.
Lake Luzerne Local History Day – A Celebration of the history of the town of Lake Luzerne. Sat., July 26, 2014… “History Day” at Rockwell-Harmon House Riverfront 10AM-3PM featuring Colonial Period Reenactors creating a living encampment to teach visitors about Lake Luzerne’s history, including Native American storytelling.
