At the Chapman Historical Museum, enjoy guided tours of the 19th Century DeLong House, changing exhibition gallery, family programs, hands-on activities for kids, artifacts and archival materials, research center, and museum gift shop. Have some fun while you discover the rich history of the Glens Falls, Queensbury, and Southern Adirondack area!



Museum Exhibits 2020:

Changing exhibits about the history of the Glens Falls – Queensbury area and its connection to the Adirondacks

  2. S.R. Stoddard Photos / Ruins of the Colonial Wars

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, hours and admissions are limited.  Facemasks required.

Tues. thru Sat., 10 am to noon, 1 to 4 pm.  Subject to change.

$5 Adults, $4 Seniors and Students, Children under 12 free.

Recommended: Call to reserve a time.

The Shop at the Chapman carries a complete selection of unique local history & regional books, prints, and affordable gifts. Online shop available.


Museum Hours:

Open year-round Tuesday thru Saturday 10am to 4pm, and Sunday Noon to 4pm.  Admission: donation appreciated.
