Originally built in 1876 as the original boathouse for the Abenia estate – once owned by New York Times Publisher, Adolph Ochs – The Boathouse Restaurant offers dining with an atmosphere steeped in Adirondack history and unlimited Lake George views.
Enjoy splendid water’s edge dining on our outside terrace. Sip frosty beverages at our outside bar overlooking beautiful Lake George. The Boathouse specializes in juicy steaks and burgers to succulent fresh seafood, pasta and creative nightly specials. We offer live seasonal entertainment, with musicians scheduled nightly throughout the summer season. Accessible by boat.
The Boathouse Restaurant provides the ultimate Adirondack setting and ambience for your special event. We offer Custom Wedding Packages, Rehearsal Dinners, beach bonfires, BBQ’s, Parties and Corporate Events.
