A Lake George Adventure

Lake George Island Adventures

As a professional guide and boater on “Lake George” for over 20 years, I’ve talked with many visitors who come here to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountains. But, here’s the kicker! When I ask them where they’ve been on the lake, many tell me they’ve never actually been out on the lake, or cruised the waters. Until recently, it was very hard to experience the lake on a private adventure. This year, thanks to several new pontoon boat operators, you can now cruise Lake George, take a swim, hike the surrounding mountains or perhaps picnic or even camp on one of its more than 250 islands.

Private guided pontoon boat adventures are the latest “Hot Ticket” on Lake George. Most boats accommodate 6-10 passengers. And with gas, oil, and an experienced captain all included in one fixed price, a pontoon adventure is an affordable outing for all to enjoy.

Your captain will make sure you make the most of every minute on the lake, and fabulous memories are all but guaranteed. Tubing, cliff jumping and swimming in Paradise Bay and Log Bay are just a few of your choices. Picnic on the best islands or perhaps enjoy a Thursday night fireworks cruise. Most importantly, you’ll experience Lake George the way you always wanted to. A guided pontoon boat adventure is sure to be the highlight of your vacation.

Come on, experience the “Real Lake George.” After all, isn’t that what you came here for?
