Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC)

Nestled within the heavily wooded 2,000 -acre Spa State Park, this partly enclosed amphitheater has a seating capacity of 5,100 for undercover and more than 10,000 on the surrounding lawns. The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (also known as SPAC) is the “summer home” of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra. Audiences thrill to the caliber and talent of symphony, ballet, opera, drama, rock, folk, and special concerts. This large music venue hosted big name shows this past 2010 season including: Dave Mathews Band, Kings of Leon, Sugerland, Phish, Chicago & The Doobie Brothers, Bon Jovi, Goo Goo Dolls, Rush, Brad Paisley, Celtic Women, Maroon 5, Sting, Counting Crown, John Mayer, KISS, Creed, and Tom Petty & The Hearbreakers with Crosby, Stills & Nash.

SPAC is open May through September.
