    Summer Jam 2013 – 26th edition featuring live bands and a large display of fireworks to follow; kids activities and food also available/ Gates open at approx. 4:30PM, Concert at 6:30PM, followed by fireworks later on.     “All-American Celebration” – All American parade, All American BBQ & Dessert Festivals, historical reenactors, live reading of the Declaration of Independence, Firecracker 4 Road Race, Mom & Pop Amateur BBQ competition, family day in the park with historic games, face painting, live music & food, fireworks with patriotic music, and more! Saratoga Springs was Named #5 for “Best 4th of July Small-Town Celebrations” by ABC News.     • Saratoga/ Stillwater

    Reading of the Declaration of Independence (as it was done in 1776), Citizenship Ceremony, Park Ranger Joe Craig portrays a 1776 town crier with news of American Independence, and toasting the 13 “new” states/ 10AM (Citizenship Ceremony), 1PM and 3PM (Readings of Declaration of Independence).
