Secret Caverns is the Northeast’s most natural cavern open to the public and an unforgettable adventure for the whole family. It is a live, natural cave featuring a 1/2 mile, one-hour guided tour via the natural entrance. This guided tour features the natural entrance, fossils, calcite formations, soaring domes, winding passages, reflections, plus the “100 Foot Underground Waterfall.” Secret Caverns always remains at a temperature of 50 degrees, which makes it a very popular & comfortable attractions on a hot summer day.

Secret Caverns is located at 671 Caverns Road (off Route 7) in Howes Cave, NY – which is 5 miles East of Cobleskill and just 35 miles West of Albany NY (I-88 exit 22).
