The Saratoga and North Creek Railway is a classic excursion train as well as a passenger rail train that travels along the upper stretches of the Hudson River in the Adirondack Mountains of New York.  Schedules offer three excursion itineraries and six flag stops with north and southbound scenic rides between North Creek and Hadley/Luzerne, as well as service between Saratoga Springs and North Creek, NY.  Easy connections are also available to Albany and New York City on the national rail system at Saratoga Springs. The rail line provides easy access to many towns in the region complete with dining, museums, shopping and special events.  Meal and beverage services are available on board (varies with itinerary) on luxury dome cars or comfortable coach cars.  Trains operate 7 days a week Memorial Weekend through the end of October. Gore Mountain Train Rides are available during the winter months. Visit the website for the full schedule and fares.
