The charm and warmth still remain in this studio-museum of stucco where Marcella Sembrich taught and spent her final summers. The “Golden Age of Opera” unfolds through the distinguished career and life of this famed opera singer, recitalist, and teacher who performed in the great opera houses of Europe before joining the Metropolitan Opera Co.
The Museum is filled with memorabilia of an international operatic career spanning over 50 years, including accolades, paintings, sculptures, personal effects, music, and autographed photographs. On display are objects, signed photo tributes and original furniture.
Open daily June 15 to September 15. Hours: 10AM-12:30PM & 2-5PM
