At the Chapman Historical Museum, enjoy guided tours of the 19th Century DeLong House, changing exhibition gallery, family programs, hands-on activities for kids, artifacts and archival materials, research center, and museum gift shop.

Throughout the year, The Chapman holds a variety of family programs (including readings, crafts, and many holiday-themed program events), which gives locals & visitors a greater understanding of the Glens Falls, Queensbury, and Southern Adirondack Region’s history.

Lake George Views
A collection of images by Seneca Ray Stoddard (Nineteenth Century photographer of the Adirondack Mountain Region), including pictures of traveling by steamboat on the Lake. (This picture shown is the saloon of the Lake George Steamboat Company’s Minne-Ha-Ha in 1880.)

Open Tuesday thru Saturday 10AM thru 4PM, and Sunday Noon to 4PM. Admission: donation.
