Enjoy mid-summer fun in the Lake George Region! A variety of summer activities and events in July and August will keep you busy from morning to night… from outdoor concerts in the park (all throughout the region), outdoor movies (at Rogers Memorial Park in Bolton Landing, City Park in Glens Falls, & Shepard Park in Lake George), plays and performances (at the Adirondack Theatre Festival, Lake George Dinner Theatre, The Sembrich Museum, Little Theater on the Farm, Seagle Music Colony, Adirondack Shakespeare Company, amongst others) – to beaches, attractions & recreational activities, and Adirondack workshops & classes (provided by regional professionals at Fort Ticonderoga, Adirondack Museum, Up Yonda Farm, Lake George Land Conservancy, Lake George Association, and more). But that’s not all, there are also fantastic family fun special mid-summer events as well.

Just in this last July weekend, there are a variety of special events for everyone. Enjoy the final performances of the Big Apple Circus in Lake George Village, 4th Annual Greek Food Festival in South Glens Falls, Adirondack Theatre Festival’s “Avenue Q” performance in Glens Falls, Smoke Eater’s Jamboree in Warrensburg, Annual Country Fair and Antiques Auction at Old Fort House Museum in Fort Edward, Annual Fife & Drum Corps Muster at Fort Ticonderoga, Kiwanis Duck Race & Family Fun Day in Glens Falls, Thurman Station Wilderness Heritage Corridor Showcase in Thurman/Athol, Al Fresco Weekend in Salem, Lake George Hot Rod Happening Car Show in Lake George Village, and the town of Lake Luzerne Local History Weekend.

The beginning of August has no shortage of events either.
